We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details

Because of the custom nature of our items, all sales are final, no cancellations will be accepted.

***Monograms traditionally read first, last, middle. Please list monogram in the order you would like it to appear. It may be helpful if you leave babies full name at checkout. If you DO NOT WANT YOUR MONOGRAM IN First, last, middle FORMAT PLEASE BE SURE TO NOTE THAT IN YOUR NOTES AT CHECKOUT. Please do not transpose babies full name at any time as this leads to confusion. When stating full names please state it first, middle, last.

***Please double-check thread colors, monograms, sizing, processing times, etc BEFORE placing your final order as we are not responsible for change requests afterwards. If there is a question regarding sizing of an item, please message me for a size chart before purchasing. Shop is not responsible for wrong sizing and does not accept returns/exchanges due to wrong sizing.

***Please be specific when requesting fonts. Font options can be found by searching "font" in our shop. Be sure to leave your font preference in the notes to seller section at checkout. If you do not leave a specific request the designer will use the font that looks and fits best with your monogram/name. We are happy to send proofs upon request after purchase. We do not offer refunds if you are unhappy with your font.

***Please ensure that your personalization info is CLEAR. Please refer to fonts by their names provided in the font listing and not by specific photos as this may lead to confusion. Please also refer to thread colors by their name given in the font listing. Again, please do not leave any room for interpretation. (for example, requesting blue thread color may mean light blue to us and navy to you or vice versa.) No refunds or exchanges will be given if you do not indicate the appropriate font or thread by its name listed in the font listing.

***Please note, many things include lighting, post editing, and computer/phone screen settings can effect the color of the photo. We do our best to ensure that the products are portrayed correctly but please understand that there can be slight variations.

***Our shop carries MANY brands. If you are looking for a specific brand please message us to be sure it is the correct brand prior to purchasing. Do not assume any listing is a particular brand based on the photos!

***Sk Creations ships complete orders. Please take note of the turn around for each item in your order. The order will ship when all items are completed.

Customer service is my TOP priority, if there is an issue with your order/items you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If shop owner decides item is eligible for refund/return, buyer is responsible for sending item back via USPS 1st class mail. Item must be dropped at post office within 48 hours of agreed upon return. Returns which do not meet this timeline will NOT be accepted.
