Shipping FAQ

Please note: USPS is currently experiencing nationwide shipping delays. While our team will continue shipping on time, please allow 2-14 additional days for your packages to arrive due USPS delays. If you would like to check on different shipping options, please reach out to our team!

Turn around time varies for each product, please see item listing for specific turn around time.

Please note, any changes after order has been placed are not guaranteed. We will do our very best to accommodate changes but changes may not always be possible. Including (but not limited to) address, font, thread, color, name, monogram, size.

All orders ship via USPS. Orders are shipped to the address entered during the checkout process. PLEASE be sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Addresses cannot be changed after the order has been submitted. Please note, if an order is delayed in transit, shop will wait 7 business days from date of last scan before re-shipping or providing refund.

If you need your item sooner than the current turn around, rush upgrades are available for purchase in the shop. Please message prior to purchasing to ensure availability. Please note, appliqué orders and bulk orders (5 or more items) may take up to one additional week to ship.

Shipping is not insured and our liability stops when it leaves our workshop. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or stolen goods due to shipping. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please message us to do so! Please note, if an order is delayed in transit, shop will wait 7 business days from date of last scan before re-shipping or providing refund.

All orders will receive a shipping notification when your item ships!

Sk Creations ships complete orders. Please take note of the turn around for each item in your order. The order will ship when all items are completed.

If there is an issue with your order/items you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. If shop owner decided item is eligible for refund/return, buyer is responsible for sending item back via usps 1st class mail. Any agreed upon returns MUST be dropped off at the post office within 48 hours. Returns which do not meet this timeline will NOT be accepted.
